PASSING OF RETIRED FF BRIAN APPLEMAN

Your Cherry Hill Professional Firefighters are saddened to announce the passing of retired Cherry Hill Fire Department Firefighter Brian Appleman. Brian served in the CHFD in a career capacity, with assignments at Station 4, Station 6, Station 22, and Station 5 from August 1995 to August 2020, and prior to that, as a volunteer member of the Deer Park Fire Company.

Brian leaves behind his wife of 36 years, Deborah, and sons Steven, Thomas, and Scott Appleman.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 27, 2025,from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., followed by a service at 12:30 p.m. at The Schetter Funeral Home, 304 W. Marlton Pike, Cherry Hill, NJ. Uniform of the day for off-duty CHFD personnel was Class A. Interment was private.

In lieu of flowers, the Appleman family requests that donations be made in Brian's memory to Gift of Life, 401 N. 3rd St.,Philadelphia, PA. 19123.
