BEACH, GREENWALD, AND KANE GET $2 MILLION IN STATE FUNDING AWARDED FOR NEW REGIONAL TRAINING BUILDING AT CHFD HQ
Your Cherry Hill Professional Firefighters were honored to be on hand on Wednesday, July 30, 2025 at the announcement of an award of $2 million in state funding to help construct a new, regional multi-discipline training building on the grounds of Cherry Hill Fire Department Headquarters. While currently still in the design phase, this future structure will be available to enhance the training capabilities of several fire, EMS, law enforcement, and emergency management agencies in the greater Cherry Hill region.
Your Cherry Hill Professional Firefighters thank State Senator Jim Beach, Assembly Majority Leader Louis Greenwald, and Assemblywoman Melinda Kane for their critical support of this vital endeavor. We also thank Camden County Government County Commissioner Jonathan Young, Cherry Hill Township Mayor Dave Fleisher, Commissioner John J. Mulholland Jr., William P. Kelly - Fire Commissioner at Cherry Hill Fire Department and Professional Firefighters Association of New Jersey President Matt Caliente for being on hand for the announcement.
