B-Platoon Firefighters Respond to Pennsauken Dwelling Fire That Injures Several Occupants

Your B-Platoon Cherry Hill Professional Firefighters from Engine 1352, Ladder 1324, Battalion 13, and Safety 13, in addition to CHFD EMS and Rehab 13 members, responded Monday, May 29, 2023, via automatic aid into Pennsauken to assist on the scene of a dwelling fire.

Companies arriving to the 3000 Block of Finlaw Avenue just after 5am found heavy fire conditions with an occupant confirmed to be trapped in the basement. The occupant in the basement was located and removed and a total of 5 occupants were transported to area hospitals.

The fire is under investigation by the Pennsauken Fire Department Fire Marshal’s Office and the Camden County Fire Marshal’s Office. All other information will be released by those agencies.
